Shipping

For items that are in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 working days of receiving payment.

For made to order pieces, including lampshades, delivery will be approximately 2–4 weeks from the date that payment has been received and cleared.

All delivery costs will be confirmed before your order is placed.

Orders are shipped via courier and deliveries are made Monday to Friday, typically before 5pm.

All deliveries are insured for the agreed transit route of each order only.

Please note that all European and international orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

If customs charges are not paid and your order is returned to Imogen Pope London in the UK, any return shipping costs, customs charges and associated fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
