Shipping policy

A delivery date will be 4-6 weeks after payment has been received and cleared if your lampshade is made to order.  If your lampshade is in stock delivery will be made between 2-5 working days after payment.

All delivery costs will have been agreed prior to confirmation of the sale.

All deliveries will take place via courier from Monday – Friday before 5pm.

All deliveries are insured only for the confirmed travel route per order. 

All European and international deliveries may be subject to customs inspections and charges and will be payable by the client / recipient. If a customs charge is missed by the client resulting in the product being sent back to Imogen Pope London in the UK then then the return costs will be deducted from the client refund.
