You will work directly alongside the founder, Imogen Pope, and there is significant scope for the right person to shape this role over time. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to gain hands-on experience in a growing luxury interiors brand.

Role Overview:

The Sales and Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales. Working closely with trade customers, your role will encompass the entire sales process, from initial enquiry to finalising transactions, while also actively growing and developing trade relationships.

You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that strengthen the brand and support long-term business growth. We are looking for a highly motivated, sales and marketing professional who is eager to make an impact.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and a strong communicator. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Support direct sales efforts by liaising with interior designers and trade professionals.
• Assist with lead generation, prospect outreach, and follow-ups to convert enquiries into sales.
• Proactively pursue leads and ensure samples are sent promptly.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and sales data.
• Coordinate sales appointments and presentations.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and spot emerging markets.
• Expand our trade and retail client base.
• Manage day-to-day customer enquiries via email, phone, and social media.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and helpful responses.

 

Marketing Responsibilities: 

• Execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website updates.
• Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and blog posts.
• Monitor and report on marketing analytics to assess campaign performance.
• Support SEO and PPC initiatives to improve online visibility.
• Assist in planning and organising events, trade shows, and brand collaborations.

 

Skills & Experience Required: 

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally within the luxury interiors, design, or homeware industry.
• A love for written and visual communication.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media and email marketing.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Later, Shopify, Canva, Adobe, and/or other design/editing tools.
• Experience in reporting and analytics.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A passion for luxury interiors and design, with a good eye for colour and pattern.
