Refund policy
Returns
We hope you love your purchase from Imogen Pope London. However, if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it.
Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to send your item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. Please include your proof of purchase.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 working days. Refunds are made to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Please note that bespoke and personalised items, including lampshades made to custom dimensions, bespoke specifications or using a customer's own fabric, are made especially for you and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. We are happy to offer an exchange, subject to availability, if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
International Returns
If you are returning an order from outside the UK, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, along with any duties, taxes or customs charges associated with the return. Unfortunately, original shipping charges, customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care with every order, but if your item arrives damaged, faulty or isn't quite what you were expecting, please contact us as soon as possible at info@imogenpopelondon.com and we will do everything we can to put things right.
